Quote enquiries
When you submit the form, Simon Editor uses your contact details and project description to handle your enquiry and prepare a quote. Cloudflare sends the enquiry to Simon Editor’s Microsoft-hosted inbox, where it is handled as email. A temporary copy is stored privately with Google Cloud in Finland and deleted 7 days after the email service accepts the message. If delivery fails, the copy stays private until the problem is resolved. Deleting the website copy does not delete email from the inbox. Backup copies can remain for up to seven days after deletion. An essential session cookie protects the form for up to two hours; it is not used for advertising or analytics. Contact info@simoneditor.se to request access, correction or deletion of your details.
Book orders
When you buy, we use your contact, address and order details for payment, delivery, customer service and accounting. Stripe handles card and payment details; the website does not store your card number. Orders and withdrawal notices are stored privately with access controls. Order confirmations are sent through Resend. Your basket uses a necessary cookie lasting 30 days. Contact info@simoneditor.se about your personal data.
