Prices and payment
All prices are in Swedish kronor and include VAT. Books, quantities, shipping and the total are shown before payment. Stripe handles payment. An order is marked as paid only after payment has been verified.
Delivery within Sweden
We sell printed books for delivery within Sweden. Shipping costs SEK 59 including VAT per order, regardless of the number of books. We dispatch within one working day. Transit time after dispatch depends on the carrier.
Withdrawal for printed books
You normally have 14 days to withdraw, counted from the day after you receive the book. Notify us clearly within that period using the Withdraw from purchase function below or info@simoneditor.se. You may use the standard form below, but it is not mandatory. Return the books within 14 days after your notice. You pay return postage for an ordinary change-of-mind withdrawal.
Refunds
We refund without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. For books, we may wait until we receive the books or evidence of dispatch, whichever is first. That does not start a new deadline. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. For withdrawal from the entire order, we also refund the standard outbound delivery charge.
Faulty or damaged books
Contact info@simoneditor.se with your order number and a description of the problem. Your statutory rights for faulty goods are unaffected by the withdrawal terms. The return-postage rule for change-of-mind withdrawals does not automatically apply to a complaint.

Your acknowledgement is shown immediately and can be downloaded as a text file. Save the file; it confirms when your notice was received.
